Article 1 - Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products provided by Cardatable.

All offers are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation.

Cardatable commits to performing the agreed services to the best of its ability. Delivery times are always indicative.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within 30 days.

All intellectual property rights on the delivered products and services remain the property of Cardatable, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cardatable's liability is limited to the invoice amount for the relevant service.

Belgian law applies to all agreements.
